We’ll start by telling Visigoth when the visit days are happening, and what times to schedule the one-on-one meetings. Start by clicking on the Configuration tab along the top bar.
In the left column, you’ll see the starting and ending days of the event. If you wish to have an evening event (such as a welcome dinner) on the day before the event, ensure that it is included in the date range.
In the right column are the dates and times for the one-on-one meetings. Slots can begin at any time but may not overlap, and must all be of the same duration. Once configured here, they will show up in the People view and also be used by the Autoscheduler to plan meetings.
Once you’ve taken a look at these, switch to the “Host form” or “Guest form” configuration view to start importing data.
